At Dicta Care Initiative, our greatest joy comes from changing lives—one child at a time. Today, we are thrilled to share the story of Azeemat Salisu, a bright young girl with big dreams, who has been awarded a full scholarship covering her entire primary and secondary school education!

The scholarship presentation was a heartwarming event, held at the palace in Karon Majji, where we were honored to have the Emir of Persons Living with Disabilities and other respected community leaders in attendance. The occasion wasn’t just about awarding financial support—it was about igniting hope, unlocking potential, and offering Azeemat the tools to shape her future.

A Special Moment at the Palace

In the presence of community leaders, the palace was alive with the spirit of celebration as we handed over Azeemat’s scholarship. The Emir’s inspiring words emphasized the importance of education, especially for young girls like Azeemat, who now has the opportunity to pursue her dreams free from the financial burdens that so often hold back children from disadvantaged backgrounds.

 

Our Visit to Azeemat’s School: A Joyous Reunion

Recently, our team paid a visit to Azeemat at her new school, where we got to see her thriving in her studies. Walking through the school grounds with her, we could see the transformation—a young girl excited about learning, making friends, and embracing the future with confidence.

Azeemat’s mother, overwhelmed with emotion, shared a few words of appreciation. “You’ve given my daughter hope, and you’ve lifted a burden off our shoulders,” she said, beaming with gratitude. Her words echoed the impact we hope to create with every scholarship and initiative at Dicta Care.
